Despite the issue with the insurance that was no fault on the dealership part I actually didn't notice the email was sent through the day before that I had missed but Alex was extremely patient and still went through the handover

The service is determined by info from the vehicle but if it was not running correctly and this not part of the info, it might incur very expensive diagnostic charges. It used to be a car serviced to run well.

Car was in for service, a recall, and various issues with dashboard software and control that have existed since the car was new. No report was given at the end of the service until i requested. No faults were found and they still remain problematic

Just eye-wateringly expensive. I had had an engine fault about 2 weeks ago but to provide any information on which codes were logged was going to cost another £250. Surely, it makes sense for the workshop to check this during a service.

When I checked my car in I was offered a complimentary clean, which I said yes to. The car was hoovered inside. The exterior of the car was not clean at all. I wasn't expecting a valet service but car looked no different to when it was dropped off.
