I have found the Hailsham team extremely friendly and welcoming. They make me feel that I matter and nothing is too much trouble. My late husband always looked forward to visiting the showroom and since his recent death everyone has been supportive.

Would be higher but I was told in January that my front brake pads would need renewing soon, so I booked in for them to be changed last week - to be told very helpfully that they were fine.

I bought a car from hindhead which had had its wheels refreshed but not balanced. I was disappointed and so came to hailsham to rectify the issue. I was impressed that I wasn't charged given the car came from the other dealership. Very impressed

I was satisfied that the recall work had been properly done but, as a lifelong motor mechanic, I like to know what had actually been done. I was not satisfied with the explanation from the service department that just a hose had been changed.

The Service itself was good, but the price I was given over the phone was not the same as on the day, and nobody could explain why. The advisor thought it was because I drive an Alpina and the person who quoted me didn't know the difference. Not good

Did ask for my electronic handbrake warning light to be reset when the rear discs & pads were changed - this wasn't done & was told it would cost an extra £250 to have the problem diagnosed which was very disappointing. May go elsewhere if future.

The service is determined by info from the vehicle but if it was not running correctly and this not part of the info, it might incur very expensive diagnostic charges. It used to be a car serviced to run well.

Just eye-wateringly expensive. I had had an engine fault about 2 weeks ago but to provide any information on which codes were logged was going to cost another £250. Surely, it makes sense for the workshop to check this during a service.
